Christina Esping is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. She has provided clinical services across the lifespan, with a primary focus on children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. Christina’s experience spans a range of settings, including residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, and community mental health programs. In addition to her clinical work, she has served in supervisory and leadership positions, guiding staff and interns through training, consultation, and ongoing professional development. As the Behavioral Health Trainer at Freedom House Recovery Center, Christina is passionate about advancing mental health awareness, strengthening clinical skills, and supporting the growth of both new and experienced professionals in the field.
