Heather Griffin-Dolciney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. After graduating from Hunter College School of Social Work, she began her social service career serving unhoused individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses in the New York City shelter system. She served as Clinical Director of Freedom House from 2007-2023 and is now serving as their Vice President of Quality Assurance and Training. During her work in each of these roles, she has trained staff, stakeholders and the community on many behavioral health topics and services with an emphasis on provision of evidence-based, high quality services.
